2025 AAM Annual Meeting

Wrapped up an incredibly powerful AAM conference! ✨ My heart is overflowing with admiration for the profound bravery within our museum community. What struck me most were the deeply personal, one-on-one conversations – the honesty of how we're *really* doing. It was cathartic; yes, tears were shed.

What made it so profoundly inspiring wasn't a lack of fear, but the courage to confront injustices despite that fear, even when the path ahead feels overwhelmingly daunting.

More than ever, this gathering underscored the urgent need for our dreams – dreams not just for the future of museums, but for the very fabric of our communities and our nation.
